Yes flights get delayed and customs can take forever yet they are things we have no control over, hence why I kept my driver updated as per the instructions. Not what you want to hear after a 15 hour flight! This time, after an hour of standing outside LAX, Customer Service informed me that we WOULD NOT be getting PICKED UP and WOULD NOT be getting a REFUND. I messaged him again and also rang Customer Service. I rang Customer Service and they assured me that he would come back and get us after checking that our flight had actually been delayed. It took 90 minutes to get through customs and just before we got through he messaged me to say he was no longer waiting and we would have to call Customer Service if I wanted to sort it out as there was a 90 min wait cut off. I then messaged him twice while we were stuck in customs to tell him that there was an enormous line, and it was moving very slowly. I messaged my driver when we landed to notify him that our flight had been delayed. What a scam! I had booked and prepaid this pick up weeks before arriving in LA from Australia, to transfer my family of 5 to Anaheim.
